within 5 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:
1.Your full name and order number
2. A brief description of the issue
Clear photos showing the product, packaging, and any visible damage or error
Once we verify the issue, we will offer you either a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund to your original payment method.
Please note:
In case of return/exchange of wrong product delivery
1. Products must be unused and in their original condition
2 . Claims made after 5 days from delivery may not be eligible
We currently do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to product defects or fulfillment errors
